My awakening morning stretch routine to kickstart your day during lockdown

We’re living in strange times at the moment. Days and time itself seem to have lost their meaning, making it easy to slip out of our usual routines and forget to take care of ourselves. And that’s ok. Now’s not the time to be hard on yourself. These are natural reactions to unnatural situations.

But while things may feel quite daunting at the moment, having a morning ritual can help to create a sense of security and normality. I’ve created a short morning stretch routine that will help you get your day going, and act as a ‘peg’ for your daily routine.
